How can you dispute the debt?

Call or write to us to dispute all or part of the debt. If you do not, we will assume that our information is correct. When you dispute a debt, we must stop collection on any amount you dispute until we send you information that shows you owe the debt.

By submitting your dispute or complaint via this portal, you agree we may communicate with you regarding your debt using an e-mail address you have provided us in connection with this account or have provided to the creditor/healthcare provider associated with this account. Please do not provide us with an e-mail address associated with your employment or an e-mail address you share with another person who you do not want to read our communications.
